Allow me to introduce
myself I am HC Smitty the HC is for Hardcore as in Hardcore Punk music that I love. My friend Dale Kliner gave me the moniker in front of Smitty because of my love for the music and having the word emblazoned across my knuckles. I'm a ex Junky and Convict. I started getting high in 1981 at 11 and was in the justice system soon after.
I'm a writer, artist, musician, Reverand, and prison reform activist, and social and music commentor.
I am a Certified Recovery Specialist and Certified Family Recovery Specialist with a Forensic Enhancement. I spent over 2 decades behind bars in State Prison. I've written 4 books a screenplay and a children's book I have tons of artwork out there in many genres. Enjoy this Blog site. Become a part of something.
